The founding partners of Buckner, Shifrin, Etter, Dugan and Bradfute, P.A. began the firm with a commitment to meet the individual needs of each client in a practical and economical fashion, while providing the highest caliber of legal counsel. For over three decades, Buckner Shifrin has done exactly that. Where appropriate, Buckner Shifrin makes every effort to amicably settle cases via alternate dispute resolution, such as mediation or collaborative law. Nevertheless, Buckner Shifrin’s team of attorneys are all skilled and strategic litigators always prepared to go to Court when necessary.
