Leif Palker is an associate in the civil litigation practice group of Buckner, Shifrin, Etter, Dugan & Bradfute, P.A. Mr. Palker primarily works on first party property claims drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, evaluations, responses, proposals, releases, correspondences, and memoranda. Mr. Palker’s duties include appearing at hearings, calendar calls, mediations, and status conferences. Mr. Palker conducts all depositions on his cases as the questioning and defending attorney.

Mr. Palker tried one first party property insurance defense case as second chair. Mr. Palker has obtained multiple orders granting summary judgment in first-party property insurance defense cases.

While attending law school, Mr. Palker worked as a Law Clerk at a firm that practiced General Litigation, Criminal Defense, and Consumer Law and as a Compliance Associate at a dental industry service and practice-management provider. Prior to law school, Mr. Palker worked at a 501(c)3 nonprofit that advocated for renewable energy reform in Florida.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Palker also lived in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Palker moved to Florida during high school and has never left. He enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and going to the beach.
