Amitai D. Gavarian is a partner in the civil litigation practice group of Buckner, Shifrin, Etter, Dugan & Bradfute, P.A. He focuses his practice on defending first party property claims. His experience includes obtaining defense verdicts at trial, negotiating settlements, drafting and arguing complex motions, preparing responsive pleadings, conducting strategic analysis in anticipation of trial, as well as preparing and responding to discovery requests. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gavarian spent several years as a writer and managing editor for a magazine that distributed monthly to colleges throughout the state of Florida.
